The Master Facilitator Training Module: Conducting High-Impact Vanguard Courses helps your organization prepare its own facilitator. Most DRIVE courses are designed for facilitator-guided delivery. DRIVE-led in-person and virtual training will be offered in the future.

The module combines independent study with a facilitation practicum. To earn the Certified Vanguard Facilitator designation described in the module, complete the self-study and facilitate two full Vanguard courses under management evaluation, achieving passing scores.
The management rubric gives equal weight to facilitation mastery, learning architecture, scenario control, questioning and group dynamics, and workplace integration. Completing the reading alone does not earn the credential.
