Each grade is a full program of eleven sessions, building on the one before. Children learn real habits with simple frameworks, practice them in groups, and try them at home. The last session is a capstone and graduation.

Every guide reminds facilitators that personal questions are optional and what to do if a child shares something that worries them. The kit explains this in full, along with how to make each activity work for every child.
Lessons about being online teach children to use only what a parent or guardian has approved, and to tell a trusted adult when something feels wrong. Your school's own policies, and the laws where you live, always come first. This program teaches habits and does not replace a counselor, a doctor, or a child's family.
