01 / Overview

Executive Director. Lead yourself into middle school.

Eleven facilitator-led sessions that get 5th graders ready for middle school: planning their own week, protecting their focus, thinking through decisions, handling digital friendships, adapting to change, communicating clearly, leading a team, recovering from setbacks, checking their own habits, and caring for their energy.

Each 75-minute session has a full script, a story to read aloud, a group workshop, and a printable student workbook. Students learn a simple framework in every module and take home a weekly mission. The last session is a capstone and graduation.
